STELLAR桌子。灵感依然从紫水晶中获得，表面大概有900个独立的不规则波动面，与其它范围的桌
面形成了鲜明的对比。这片不规则的小面区域采用抛光不锈钢材料，因此在光线下看上去闪闪亮，
同时还把反射的亮光打在周围的环境中，形成亮晶晶的局部区域。这是一款在一天中随着天气不断
变化的引人注目的桌子。

description:
STELLAR Console
Following on from the award winning STELLAR Mirror, the
STELLAR Console takes
inspiration from the natural attributes of amethyst geodes. The
large expansive
surfaces of the console are in stark contrast to the turbulent seam
of 900 individually
sized and angled mirrored sections running through it. This change
in surface creates
an optical dispersion that breaks down the light and the
surrounding environment,
delivering it to the eye as one sparkling entity.
As the ambience of the console’s environment changes
throughout the day,so too
does
its colour and lustre,creating an ever changing focal point to a
room.

Phipps:
JAKE PHIPPS
Jake Phipps,graduated from John Makepeace’s furniture
design school,Parnham
College, in 1999. He began his career as a cabinetmaker, designing
and making one-off
pieces to commission.
In 2005 he set up his own design studio in London, and
began concentrating on designing
products for larger scale production.
All of his products are designed specifically to strike a
strong emotional chord with
the people who will use them with effor tless functionality,
playful aesthetics, and an
instinctive natural elegance.
His first commercial product, the
ISIS folding chair, was
launched by the highly
respected Gebruder Thonet Vienna. And is the only folding chair
they have produced
since 1930.
Other clients include Tommy Hilfiger, Intercontinental
Hotels,
Google, Diageo, Novar tis and TheVictoria and Alber t
Museum.
