关于这一点一直以来有很多争议，我不能拿出物质的证据证明它的真性，但是我相信，我们每一个人都愿意想象自己在天堂，但却很难想象自己在地狱承受痛苦；我们愿意想象自己是王子公主，过着幸福的生活，但是却不愿意看到自己成为乞丐；而在引导入定或内观的情况下，所见到的一切，与自己的想象无关，甚至超越了自己的想象……而且个案在整个过程中所爆发的情绪是真实的，这一切让传统心理学界无法解释。

我也不想解释什么，我使用这种方式的目的只有一个——帮助个案化解心灵的伤痛，走出思维上的误区，开始幸福地生活。

因此在咨询的过程中，我所使用的不仅是引导入定或内观，还包括其他心理咨询技术，只不过我不会明确地告诉个案，我用了什么技术而已。
