转基因酵母基因工程

        酵母是环状基因，可以搭载外源基因，比如一个病毒2-5KB 而酵母可以扩展到800KB，那么通过基因技术一个酵母可以携带几百个外源DNA基因 RNA病原体，美国90年代成功开发出可以携带传染病毒的酵母菌，很多食品内都含有酵母，假设：（酵母被转基因置入外源病毒，而我们又吃了携带病毒的转基因酵母食品，条件合适情况下我们可能就会被感染，特别是一些慢性病毒感染很难察觉）所以坚决反对转基因酵母用于食品，比如啤酒，饮料 ，等等，下面我们来详细了解转基因酵母基因工程过程。
