http://www.realswinggolf.com/
Fred
Couples
One of the key principles that I teach golfers is that "Your body simply obeys your minds instructions." Your golf swing begins in your mind and its perceptions about what to do to swing a golf club. Your "reverse pivot" is possibly a result of trying the "Stack and tilt" ideas. I think the back swing should be more rotational without a lot of movement away from the target (weight shifting right) or toward the target (S&T). If anything it should be away from the target very slightly.
But whether your mechanics follow one methodology or another, the 2 skills outlined in my 10 minute audition video must be present: The clubhead has to be swinging freely, fluidly, and fast through impact. To strike the ball precisely with the swinging clubhead, your attention has to be focused on the clubhead and its "heavy circle" and accurately "guiding" it though the ball as precisely as possible. If you are too focused on mechanics and which body part goes where, one or both of the two skills will suffer.
Your mechanics are actually fairly sound and it looks like you are swinging freely and fluidly but what is missing is the "fast." Watch the attached Fred Couples video. His swing is not perfectly sound as far as mechanics go but the elements of the real swing - freely, fluidly, and fast though impact - are all working together perfectly.
Pick up the pace of your acceleration through impact a bit, making sure to stay relaxed and very fluid at the same time. Never swing so fast that you end up wrecking the "freely" or the "fluidly" or both. Swing only as "fast" as you "freely" and "fluidly" can. Hope that helps. All the best, Ron
