一、意义上

　　In meaning

“处处”、“到处”都可以表示各个地方。“处处”更加强调所有的地方无一例外；“到处”表示所有的地方都包括在内，所以多与表示范围的“都”配合使用。例如：

处处and 到处refer to every place. 处处strongly emphasizes all the places without exception. 到处indicates that all the places included so it is usually used together with 都．Example:

这里处处是春天。

车站内外到处都是人。

二、用法上

    In use

1、“处处”、“到处”在句子主要作状语，不能作宾语、定语。例如：

    处处 and 到处 are mainly used as adverbials, but they can’t be used as objects and attributives in the sentence. Example:

植物园里，处处是鲜花，美丽极了！

现在的人的确太多了，到街上一看，到处都是人。

*在法国时，他游遍了法国的处处/到处。

2、“处处”还可以表示各个方面的意思，在句中作状语。“到处”没有这一意义和用法。例如：

处处may indicate every aspect and is used as an adverbial in the sentence, while 到处can not. For example:

队长时时处处严格要求自己。

*他到处为别人着想。
