很小很小的时候
                                                     
总记得中秋节和国庆几乎是连在一起的
                                                            
过国庆和中秋是可以划等号的
                                                              
每每到这个时候,我最开心
                                            
    
因为给外婆送中秋礼的美活都会落在我身上
                                                    
那时候没有电话,也不会提前通知外婆
                                               
                 
  往往都是在快到的时候
                                                                        
在村头碰到熟人
                                                        
  他们和外婆招呼说外孙女来送节了
                                                              外婆就掂着小脚来村口迎我
                                                               皱纹满满的笑容真实而淳朴
                                                                  
那抹影像总在心底闪烁                                        
 
            

                                                             那时候,大鱼大肉不是平日里常有的
                                                          家里 一般没有客人来的话基本都是蔬菜
                                                                         
外婆家也不例外
                                                                  
  家常便饭也没什么惊喜
 
                                                                     
 但是这次真的有惊喜
                                                                     外婆以小客人的礼遇给我
                                                            
在村中心的肉摊上剁了新鲜的五花肉
                                                    表姐们抡着竹竿把屋后面开口笑的板栗球敲下来
                                                                
 我也拿个剪刀把棕红的栗子取下
                                                        
就这样,树上的板栗和新鲜的五花肉结后
                                                外婆用她独特的搭配和手艺成就了这道垂涎欲滴的美味
                                                                
 板栗粉糯香酥,五花肉油而不腻
                                                                     
一口接一口,我吃得好满足
                                                                    
 外婆看我吃得满嘴流油的样子
                                                                         
   还不停的往我碗里夹
                                                
  我来了一句:这么好吃菜,就是打我一巴掌我也不会放
                                                     
那时候想不到有什么恰当的词语来形容菜的好吃程度 
                                             
就用最直白的土话,外婆听得懂的话来形容这道菜带给我的美味
                                                        
(能吃到这个挨巴掌也愿意,形容喜欢到极点)
                                                                               当然好吃到极点
                                                  
我想,这句土话,没接受多少文化教育的外婆一定明白
                                                                          
  我对这道菜的喜爱
                                                      
                                                                       虽然 
外婆离开我们很久了
                                                                 
外婆的手艺对我的影响从未离开
                                                                              
  并且一直继续

【用料】
 生板栗500克左右,五花肉500-700克,白糖2勺,黄酒一勺,大蒜4粒

【做法】

五花肉下锅焯一下水
切块后备用
锅坐热后放油,肉块下锅翻炒出油后盛出待用
锅中留油放入2勺白糖炒糖色
棕红色时放入肉块翻炒上色
加入热水(肉加热水,鱼加冷水)
放入蒜粒后调入一勺左右黄酒
烧开后放入板栗肉中火慢烧至熟,出锅前调盐即可
