It has been suggested that rich countries should generously give aid to poor ones out of morality.However,there are some scandals about aid money distribution because the poor in some countries can not get needed fund.In my opinion，giving aid is necessary but it needs changing the way we help.

 

According to our general knowledge,corruption in the third world is the main cause of violent crimes,chaos,regional confrontations,which afflict the world.Citizens in these countries suffer from insufficient food and poor nutrition as well as personal safety under terrorism.Because of globalization,just like pandemics,a country which is stricken in unstableness and chaos passes its trouble to neighbor countries.All these misery has been being witnessing by us by browsing the Internet and watching TV.Therefore,it is necessary for rich countries to help these countries in a generous and unconditional way.

 

However,there exists money-misuse and irresponsible polices so that poor people do not have economic support.Also,it is true that aid money accelerates corruption from governmental officials and they just want to meet their money need regardless of people's welfare.Another factor we should ignore is loose supervision from government.Even in some countries,how to supervise fund distribution has not been decided yet.So considering this,delivering aids through the network of non-governmental organizations sounds a good idea.

 

In conclusion,the abuses and corruption involved with foreign aids is a really troubling problem,but this should not be a reason for us stopping aids.To reduce corruption to the least extent, industrialized countries can export   advanced   technology and equipment to underdeveloped countries,and it would greatly  enhance the productivity and boost the economy of the latter.
