教材分析：

本单元是第四模块的第11单元，谈论的话题是  Western festivals(西方的节日)。Listen and say栏目是主要学习内容，以生动、活泼的情景为依托，呈现了新授和复现的句型。Look and learn栏目以呈现新词汇为主，也是学习的主要内容。

学情分析：

    六年级学生已经有了一定的英语学习基础，听说单词对他们而言较容易。课文较长，需要多读才能上口并且读得流利。

Teaching  Aims(教学目标):

1.    句型复习：At Easter, children usually eat chocolate eggs.

              Halloween is on 31st  October.

2.     日常用语： Trick and treat?

              Is that you?

Teaching Importances and Difficulties (教学重难点)：

     1. 能在语境中运用本课的核心词汇,复习已学相关核心句型。

     2. 能简单介绍西方传统的节日。
