拉法法双语幼儿园日常用语（三）

三、午休
（Nap）
1) Please go to the toilet before you go to bed. 请睡觉前先去洗手间。
2) Go to bed. / Time to take a nap. 午睡了。
3) Please take off your shoes and clothes. 请脱鞋和衣服。
4) Fold your clothes nicely. 把衣服叠好。
5) Put your clothes on your chairs. 把脱下来的衣服放到椅子上。
6) Please put your shoes under your chairs. 请把脱下来的鞋子放到椅子下面。
7) Please fold your clothes and put them beside your pillow. 请把衣服叠好放在枕头旁边。
8) Please close your eyes. No talking. Have sweet dreams. 请闭上眼睛，不要说话，做个美梦。
9) Cover yourself with your quilt (blanket). 盖好被子。
10) Get under the cover. / Tucked in. 钻进被窝。
11) Be quiet, please. 轻轻的。
12) Don’t cover your face. 别蒙脸睡。
13) Wake up, please. 醒一醒。
14) Get up, children. 起床拉，孩子们。
15) Please help me wake up the children beside you. 请帮助我叫醒旁边的小朋友。
16) Dress yourself quickly, please. 请赶快穿好衣服。
17) Make your little bed. 整理你的小床。
18) Hurry! / Buck up! 动作迅速。
19) Comb your hair. / brush your hair. 梳头。
20) Do you need any help? 你需要帮助么？
21) Let me zip your shirt up. 我来帮你把衬衫拉锁拉上。
22) Let me button up your coat. 我帮你把外套扣子扣好。
23) Put on your shoes. Tie your shoelace. 穿上鞋。系上鞋带。
24) Let’s have a rest. You may go to the toilet. 我们休息一下，你们可以上厕所。
25) Please flush the water after using the toilet. 上完厕所，请冲水。
26) Please wash your hands before you come back. 请回来前洗手。
27) Remember to turn off the faucet. 记得关水龙头。
28) Don’t leave the faucet running, please. 不要让水龙头一直流水。
