拉法法双语幼儿园日常用语（二）

二、梳洗、点心和午餐
（Washing, Snack, and
Lunch）
1、上厕所和洗手
（In the toilet）
1) Go to the toilet. / Go pee-pee. / Go pooh-pooh. 去厕所。去小便。去大便。
2) May I go pee-pee? / May I go pooh-pooh? 我能去小便么？我能去大便么？
3) Anybody needs to go for a pee-pee / pooh-pooh? 有人需要上厕所么？
4) Please go to the toilet / bathroom, boys go first. 男孩先去洗手间。
5) Tuck your shirt in, sweetie. 宝贝儿，把衬衫放进裤子了。
6) Pull up your pants. 把裤子往上提提。
7) Go wash your hands first. 先去洗洗手。
8) Roll up your sleeves. 卷起袖子。
9) Use some soap. （Put some soap on your both hands）用香皂洗手。
10) Rinse your soap off. 把肥皂冲干净。
11) Don’t shake your hands. 别乱甩手。
12) Dry your hands with your towel. 用毛巾把手擦干。
13) Turn the tap（faucet） off, when you have done. 洗完手后，把水龙头关了。
14) Show me your hands, now. 现在，让我看看你的小手。
15) Please don’t push. 不要推搡。
2、午餐和点心 (Lunch and Snack Time)
Before Lunch
1) Are you thirsty? / Are you hungry? 你渴吗？/ 你饿吗？
2) Please take your cup. 请拿你的杯子。
3) Have some water. 喝点水。
4) It’s time for lunch. (breakfast, dinner) 到吃午餐的时间了。
5) Lunch is ready. 午餐准备好了。
6) Get ready for lunch, children. 孩子们，准备吃午餐了。
7) Please go wash your hands before eating. 请吃饭前洗手。
8) Have you washed your hands yet? 你洗手了没有？
9) Helpers, set the table, please. 值日生（小帮手们），请摆放好桌子。
10) Please take a seat and sit down. 请找个位子，坐下来。
11) Please sit at the table
quietly.
12) Please keep the table clean. 请保持桌面干净。
13) Do you need a spoon or chopsticks? 你用勺子还是筷子？
14) Take some more chopsticks. 在那些筷子来。
During Lunch
15) This is your rice. Here you are. 这是你的米饭。 给你。
16) Would you like some rice（soup）? 你想要一些米饭（汤）？
17) Eat a little more. 在多吃一点。
18) Those who want more please raise your hands. 还想要的小朋友请举手。
19) Want some more? 还要么？
20) Eat them up. 都吃完。
21) Don’t waste food. 别浪费粮食。
22) Eat some meat (vegetables). 吃些肉（蔬菜）。
23) Try not to spill food or soup on the table. 小心别把食物和汤弄到桌子上。
24) Put the bones in your plate. 把骨头和鱼刺放到盘子里。
25) Is it delicious? 它好吃吗？
Table Manners
26) Don’t spill your food on the table. 别把你的食物洒在桌子上。
27) Don’t play with your food. 别玩食物。
28) Eat properly. 好好吃。
29) No talking while eating. 吃饭时不说话。
30) Don’t look around. Finish your food quickly. 别东张西望的。快点吃完。
31) Take your time. Chew slowly. 别急，慢慢咀嚼。
32) Hold your bowl well. 端好碗。
After Lunch
33) Are you full? 饱了吗？
34) Wipe your mouth. 擦嘴。
35) Rinse out your mouth. 漱口。
36) Pick up the scraps and put them in the bin. 把剩饭剩菜拾起来，丢到垃圾箱里。
37) Put your bowls, plates, chopsticks, and spoons in the basin. 把筷子，勺子，碗碟等放到盆子里。
38) Helpers, please clean up the table. 值日生，请把桌子擦干净。
39) Did you enjoy your lunch? 午饭吃得好么？
Snack Time
40) Now, it’s time for a snack. 现在是吃点心时间。
41) I’d like to let one of you hand out the fruit. 我想请一个小朋友来发水果。
42) Who wanna help? 谁来分？
43) Sit on your chair and wait, please. 请坐在小椅子上等待。
44) Don’t leave your chair. 不许离开小椅子。
45) Put your hands on your knees. 把手放在膝盖上。
46) Rest your heads and hands on the table and don’t speak. 趴在桌子上，不讲话。
47) I’ll give the fruit to the quiet children first. 我先给安静的小朋友发水果。
48) Now, you may eat. 现在你可以吃啦。
49) Drink your milk. 喝牛奶。
50) Eat some cookies. 吃些饼干。
51) Eat a cake. 吃一个蛋糕
52) Kids Look, you can peel an orange （a banana）like this. 孩子们，看，你们可以这样剥橘子皮(香蕉皮)。
53) Who is thirsty? You can go for a glass of water. 谁口渴了？你可以去喝杯水。

55) Let’s go out for a walk. 让我们出去走走。
