Unit4 Then and now B. Let’s talk 教学设计及反思

教学目标：1. 能够听，说，朗读different，active。

2. 能听懂、会说、会表演Let's talk的内容，能在图片的帮助下，在情景中恰当运用句型I/ She / He was …before. I /She /He didn’t …before . .Now I /She / He am / is 用3-5句话描述他人的性格、爱好、行为等方面的变化。

教学重点：能够表演Let's talk的内容，能够根据实际情况运用英语询问和回答地点和方位的词。

教学难点：能够正确运用一般现在时和一般过去式进行对比表达事物。

教具准备：教学配套的录音带，以及单词卡片，课件。

学法指导：通过听、看、读、想、说来逐步引导学生，发展其语言思维和运用能力。

习惯培养：学会倾听，做到“四个到”。逐步提高理解语篇的能力。

教学过程一、复习 1.Read these words and have a dictation。 2.Free talk 

二、新课呈现

   1.出示课件教句型: T:  Who ‘s  she ?  What was Ms Chen like before ? How about now ?

板书：Before, I was …, now I  am…

   2.出示看电视图片： T: Did Ms Chen like watching TV ? What about now ?

板书：Before, I didn’t like ….,now I like ….

3.出示自行车图片：T: Do you like riding your bike? Ss: Yes, I do.

板书：Before ,I couldn’t  ……well . Now , I …… every  day / weekend …

4. Look at Yao Ming’s old photos. How did Yao Ming change ? Are they all different now ?

5.Let's try。  学生审题后，教师播放Let's try的录音，后师生纠正答案。

6 .Let’s talk . Listen to their conversation and answer the questions .

   (1) How did Mike change ?     (2) How did John change ?

三、趣味操练

1.让学生展示讨论结果，师生共同评价。2.Listen and follow the tape。3..小组内自由读。

  4.小组内分角色朗读对话。5.分角色表演对话。

四、运用拓展：写写你自己现在和过去的变化，从外貌、性格特点、爱好、能力等方面的变化写。不少于5句话。

五、作业。1. Listen and repeat P36  5 times.  2. Copybook

        Before，I was quiet. Now，I am active in class.

        I was short，so I couldn’t ride my bike well.  Now I go cycling every day.

课后反思：我这节课是对话教学，重点是让学生读懂对话，并在实际情景中运用句型：Before, I was …, now I  am…Before I didn’t like ….., now I like …Before ,I couldn’t  ……well . Now , I …… every  day / weekend …首先利用幻灯片展示，分段学习再综合运用。但本课学习的句型较多，在练习的时间较多，导致学习后面的对话不够时间，没有完成本课的内容，教学效果不理想。有待今后在课堂上注意各环节的时间分配要合理。
