（二） 人称一致指代词的人称形式必须和它的先行项保持协调 。这有两重意义 ： 第一，在同一句以及上下旬
中，代词和它的先行项必须在人称上保持一致；第二，在语篇中，说话人或者写文章的人必须保持人称的一致，是以第一人称口气说话，还是以第三人称口气说话 ，必须首尾一贯。
1) 句子中的人称一致
在句子中，先行项的人称和单、复数决定着代词的人称形式 。 例如：
Jane and I may move to Oklahoma. We hear that the climate the 「e is healthful.
中，代词和它的先行项必须在人称上保持一致；第二，在语篇中，说话人或者写文章的人必须保持人称的一致，是以第一人称口气说话，还是以第三人称口气说话 ，必须首尾一贯。

2) 语篇中的人称一致
We are
all born into this world as equals, but for various reasons, not
all of us are treated
as equals. This inequality begins when we reach the age of five, for that is when we will enter
elementary school. In school, we are no longer "Mommy's darlings." We now have to prove
ourselves to the other children and also to our teacher. If we seem different from the other
children, we are treated differently. These differences could be anything: pants, shoes, speech,
religion, and so forth. They really don't matter. Yet right from the start, we think that as long as we
are different, there is something wrong with us.
