   提拉米苏的啥我差不多都做过了,蛋糕啊,冰激凌啊,蛋糕卷啊,这次又出一个饼干版tiramisu,哈哈,我爱tiramisu,白吃不厌啊。这次还用了小马哦~非常柔软的tiramisu夹心饼干~下次准备做次正版提拉米苏~(因为我做的全是改了的-_-|||)

准备材料:

50g unsalted butter,at room temperature   90g caster suger(我用50g)  1 egg,beaten  50g plain flour
the filling

15ml dark rum(我用水代替)  2.5ml instant coffe powder   15ml brown suger  150g mascarpone cheese

开始制作:

1.For the filling,mix the rum and coffee powder,strirring until the coffee has dissoled.put the rum and coffee mixture and the sugar with the mascarpone cheese in a bowl and mix.cover with clear film and chill.Preheat the oven to 200℃.

(我没有朗姆酒,用水代替,为了做出奥利奥饼干夹心的感觉,我加进去半片吉利丁) 

2.To make the cookies,cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.Add the egg and mix well.Stir in the flour and mix until combined.Put the mixture into a piping bag fitted with a plain nozzle and pipe 28 small blobs on to the baking sheets. Cook for about 6~8 minutes until firm in the centre.Remove from the oven and allow to cool.

3.To assemoble,spread the filling on to half the cookies and place the other havles on top.
