这句话的意思是，

万事万物同一理。

都会遵循其规律，

盛极必衰衰而竭。

遇事因势而为之，

泰然处之立于世。

以不变之应万变，

笑谈之中克顽敌。

人们最大的敌人。

不是外來的强敌，

遇到强敌莫恐惧，

不要害怕莫心惊。

但也不要硬碰硬，

换个方式去抗争。

任它尘土乱飞扬，

不是害怕不思量。

而是有意去培养，

《清风拂山岗.明月照大江》

在金庸的《倚天屠龙记》中，有一门绝学叫九阳真经，其中有这样一句口诀：“他强由他强，清风拂山岗；他横由他横，明月照大江。”

这句话的意思是：万事万物都有其自然规律，盛极必衰，因势而为。一方面我们要避其锋芒，蓄势待发，伺机而动，最终清风明月，一切平和；另一方面我们要任其强横，只当笑尔，置之不理，摆平心态，做到我自清风明月，心胸如高山江河。

这句话朗朗上口，被无数人引用，也被许多人作为自己的座右铭。

在小说《倚天屠龙记》中，这是张无忌在万籁俱寂的一刹那，突然想起的九阳真经中的口诀。

当时张无忌正与灭绝师太进行决斗，面对灭绝师太的强横和狠恶，他认为以自己当时的实力根本无法与她对抗，也不是她的对手，于是决定依照九阳真经中的要义来应对。不论敌人如何强猛、如何凶恶，尽管把他当成清风拂山，明月照江，虽然能够加于我身，却不能对我有丝毫的损伤。

这句口诀告诉我们：人最大的敌人，不是外来的强敌，而是自己内心产生的对强敌的忧虑、不安、懦弱和无知。当我们遇到强敌时，千万不要害怕，也不要总是硬碰硬，最好的办法是换个角度去思考，转换一下思路，避开其锋芒，找到其他解决问题的方法。

就像过去的游击战、运动战、地道战、地雷战和麻雀战，就是避实就虚，不与强敌进行正面对抗，而是在运动中找到敌人最薄弱的地方去攻击。

林清玄说：“一尘不染不是没有尘埃，而是尘埃任它飞扬，我心自然安宁。往后的日子，笑看流年匆匆过，我们都要好好的，保重身体，珍惜情谊，活出快乐，奔赴美丽。“

这里的任尘埃飞扬，并不是害怕，也不是不在意，而是有意地寻找内心的一种宁静，一种对世事的冷静思考。

真正的强大，不是对抗，而是允许发生，允许人生有遗憾，允许自己显得有些愚蠢，允许别人内心的丑恶和做人的虚伪，允许付出没有回报，允许做无用功。

面对眼前的困难或对手，无论多么棘手，多么难缠，一定要放松心情，认真对待。学会借势和造势，学会顺势而为，学会从大势中另辟蹊径，找到解决问题的办法。早晚会春风拂面，明月清风。
