When the people regard authority and do not fear

not show off; He cherishes himself, but does not honor
himself.
Chapter 73
Poems said
If you act boldly, you die; if you act cowardice, you
live.
Two kinds of courage, two fruits, one benefit and one harm
more mysterious.
God hates who knows? A midplain tail to figure it out.
Do not argue that good is better than the way of heaven, do
not say good should be good.
Unsummoned wonderful mystery, leisurely and good

harmful.
(2)Who knows what god detests?
(3) The way of God is always more
than victorious in no contest, responding freely in silence,

invisible, and through which nothing can escape.
Chapter 74 Careful
Killing
Poems said
If people do not fear death, what can they do
with death?
If I fear the people to death, if I kill them,

if they are not afraid of it?
(2) If the people were first made to fear death, and
the wrongdoers were put to death, then who would dare to commit
evil acts?
(3) In eternity there is a Master who will slay. He
who attempts to take his place, to take his place, is like a layman
taking the place of a carpenter in cutting wood. There is seldom a
man who cuts wood for a carpenter without injuring his own
hand.
Chapter 75 Better than better
Poems said
People don't have enough to eat because
government taxes are too heavy.

smart.

rulers eat too much tax, so do not have enough to eat.
(2) The people are difficult to
manage, because the rulers create things artificially, so it is
difficult to manage.
(3) People do not care about death because
they think they care too much about life to care about
death.

pleasures of this life is better than he who overvalues this
life.
Chapter 76 Weakness makes a
Living
The original
Life is weak and death is strong, and grass is
weak and dead.
So the strong belong to death, and the weak belong to
life.
Strong armies are destroyed, trees are cut down.
The strong are down, the weak are up.
原文
The original
(1) Man is weak when he is born and strong when
he dies.
(2)Plants are brittle when
they are born and withered when they

wood strong fold.
(5) Strong place, weak
place.

(1)A
man's body is weak when he is alive; it becomes rigid when he
dies.
(2)Plants are frail as long as they live, but they wither
when they die.

life. Plants are brittle when they are born and withered when they
die. Armies will be destroyed as soon as they become strong, and
trees will be cut down as soon as they become strong. (5) The
strong are at the bottom, and the weak are at the top.
Chapter 77 Damage Made up by Heaven
Poems said
The way of heaven is like archery.
The way of Heaven is to reduce what you have and fill what you
have.
Not enough damage, not enough repair, human way against
nature.
Who gives his rest to the world? He who has the way does what
he does.
Therefore, all saints are self-disciplined and
self-effacing
Don't take credit for success, don't think of others bosom
friend.
原文
The original
(1)The
way of heaven is like wiping the bow. The high restrain it, the
lower lift it, the surplus damage it, the less fill
it.
(2) The way of Heaven is to make up
for one's deficiency. The way of man is
otherwise.
(3) Who has more to sacrifice? Only
the Tao,
(4) is a saint for and not rely on,
success and not, it does not want to see the virtuous
译文
The translation
(1) Isn't the way of heaven just like shooting an
arrow with a bow? High downward pressure, low upward lift, pull a
loose loose, insufficient when pull a pull.
(2) The way of Heaven is to reduce more than enough,
insufficient supply. But not so the way of men, which pernicious
inadequately, and giveth to excess.
(3)Who has enough of his own to give to the world? Only the
man of the Way.
(4) Therefore, the sage does not
rely on himself for his achievements, and does not take credit for
his achievements. He does not want people to see his ability and
virtue.
Chapter 78
Poems said
The world is not weak than water, the strong can
not overcome,
Because nothing is easy. The weak are stronger than the
strong,
What the world knows cannot be done. So the sage warned:
Suffering for his country is the Lord of the world.
He is the king of all men who bear all the burdens of his
kingdom.
These positive affirmations, as if the irony is not
detailed.
原文
The original
(1) The world is not weak than water, and the
strong mo can win, with its beyond
easy.
(2)Weak is stronger than
strong, soft is stronger, the world does not know, no can
do.
(3) according to the sage cloud: by
the scale of the country, is called the Lord of the country; He is
the king of the world. (4) Right is wrong.

The translation
(1)Of all things in the world, nothing is more weak than
water. But to the strong, nothing beats water. This is because the
water is so weak that nothing can change
it.
(2)There is no one in the world who does not know the truth
that the weak is better than the strong, but there is no one who
can put it into practice.
(3) Therefore the sage says, "He
who is insulted for the sake of the kingdom is the Lord of the
country; He who suffers for his kingdom is the king of all the
earth.
(4) These positive affirmations,
which sound like opposites, are hard to understand.
Chapter 79 Unselfish Way of Heaven
Poems said
Is it good to reconcile one's grievance with another?
So the sage holds the certificate, but not the debt.
A good man knows his debts, and disclaims them.
No man of virtue is good, exacting search lutetium will be
more.
The way of heaven is selfless, always walk with the
good.

(1) And great hatred, must be more than hatred,
can be considered good?
(2) It is the sage who holds the
covenant, not others. Where there is a Descher, there is no
descher.
(3) Heaven has no
relations, often with good people.
译文
The translation
(1) Is it good to dissolve resentment by
conciliation, which does not disappear
completely?
(2) Therefore, the sage holds the stub of debt, but
does not claim repayment. A man of virtue is only in debt, and does
not seek it out. No man of virtue is exacting extortion, pearl
lutetium will be more.
(3) The way of Heaven, just and
selfless, always with the good people.
Chapter eighty
Poems said
A small country with a small population and a
large population doesn't need anything.
Death is not far away, though there be no boat
Where there is an army, there is no land. That the people may
bind cords to remember.

Take comfort in their dwelling places and delight in their
customs.
Neighbors hear the sound of chickens and dogs, and people do
not visit each other until they die.

(1) The country is small with a small population.
Even with instruments ten times more powerful than men. People fear
death and do not migrate far. There are wagons and boats, but no
place to use them; There is an army, but nowhere to deploy
it.
(2) Let people remember things by tying ropes again,
and regard their food as sweet, their clothes as beautiful, their
dwelling places as comfortable, and their customs as happy. People

crow and bark, but they did not interact with each other until they
died of old age.
