Your need for recognition and validation continues to grow and there is no question that you have an enhanced desire to be appreciated by others.

This appears to be more in a social way rather than a one-on-one influence and if you are coupled, that could be due to the fact that your partner needs more space (or has a different outlook as to the structure of the relationship).

In the past this may have been an issue for you, but now you’re prepared to allow for freedom - and this translates into less pressure and demands from you.

In fact you are thinking of us as opposed to me (and that also applies within a working group) and you are currently very focused on some “group” activity.

It’s become very clear to you that there are advantages to be had by being part of a group and “in” with society, so you’re prepared to do whatever it takes to get you there.

There may be an underlying emotional need to belong or you may not feel sufficiently appreciated, respected and wanted (and if you’ve been feeling this at home then you are searching this out via your friends, or an organization – “the group”).

This week there is some drama within the group (or with a sister or brother) or if you are in sales, there can be issues with contracts, disputes and different “interpretations”. Your public or corporate image may be questioned - or your ideas are rejected – and there is a marked lack of tolerance or warmth.

You are currently very driven and “fired up” to improve your standing in life and in your career, but watch out for the arrival of Mars on Tuesday as you may become excessively opinionated or find it difficult to see all sides of an argument.
