    在VDP的两百家顶级酒庄所产出的每一瓶葡萄酒上，都有一个极具风格的标志：背负一串葡萄的雄鹰。酒庄的栽培者将他们的名字和VDP标志印在酒瓶上，而这个标志不仅仅代表了一种杰出的葡萄酒文化，也是在向消费者保证，他们将得到一次愉快的、上乘的品酒体验。

我们不断追求更高品质的葡萄酒：

   我们的葡萄酒质量上乘，称得上是国际一流水准：对葡萄种植满怀热情的栽培者，将传统品种的葡萄，栽种到地理位置绝佳的葡萄园中，就产出了真正好品质的葡萄酒。 

我们在最好的葡萄园中栽培：

    对于葡萄酒的品质来说，出身-葡萄园的地理环境-是一个决定性的因素。地理环境包括了土壤土质，地形地势，大气候以及小气候，这些都会影响葡萄园的品质。我们在对葡萄园分级时，会准确定位，便于挑选出高品质的葡萄园。

我们在生产中与大自然和谐共存：

    我们是一种独一无二的文化景观的保护者，毕竟，未被污染的富饶土地才是一个耕种者最宝贵的财富。只有当兰花和百合盛开，蝴蝶翩翩飞舞，大自然才是生动完整的。

The wines of the 200 Prädikat Wine Estates are marked by a symbol of finest wine culture, the stylized eagle bearing a cluster of grapes. This and the name of the grower on every bottle guarantee refined wine pleasure.

We produce top-quality wines that number among the finest wines of the world. The combination of traditional grape varieties, unique vineyard sites and passionate growers yields wines of genuine character. 

WE CULTIVATE THE BEST VINEYARD SITES

For the quality of our wines, origin is a decisive factor – our vineyard sites. Vineyard quality is determined by the soil, topography, climate and microclimate. Our vineyard classification provides orientation, so that outstanding quality can be recognized.

WE PRODUCE IN HARMONY WITH NATURE

We are the guardians of a unique cultural landscape. After all, uncontaminated, fertile soil is a grower’s most precious asset. Where butterflies, orchids and St. Bernard’s lilies thrive, nature is intact.

    上乘的葡萄酒需要由经过温和处理的葡萄，在凉爽的酒窖中发酵以及熟化之后，再经过酿酒师最后的润色，才能拥有独一无二的特质。

WE CULTIVATE TRADITIONAL GRAPE VARIETIES

 More than half of our joint vineyard area is devoted to Riesling. Silvaner, as well as Pinot varieties, are also expressions of our individual terroirs. The older the vine, the deeper the roots and the higher the quality.

WE LIMIT YIELDS 

We rigorously prune our vines. We conscientiously opt for quality rather than quantity to achieve loose clusters and concentrated, mineral-rich wines.

WE ARE COMMITTED TO TRADITION

We are the oldest association of wine-growers in the world. Our estates and experience with wine have been handed down from generation to generation. Without compromising our commitment to tradition, we are innovators in shaping the future.

WE HANDLE OUR WINES WITH SENSITIVITY 

Great wines develop from gently processed grapes that are vinified and matured in cool cellars. Here, the winemaker gives his wine the final touch that brings forth a wine with a unique character.

The growers in The Prädikat Wine Estates pursue individualistic, diverse lifestyles, yet they remain down to earth. We view ourselves as craftsmen and artists that help viticulture develop into wine culture.

Palaces, castles, idyllic gems as well as futuristic buildings serve as our production sites and our wines as a stage for high-caliber events. Because we have everything at hand, we are able to guarantee quality from the vineyard to the glass.

With our names, The Prädikat Wine Estates have guaranteed utmost quality for more than 100 years. Potential members in the “First League” of German viticulture are put through their paces before being accepted for membership. Every five years, estates are put to the test again.
