       左右交替双手花：每只手旋转两个360度为一个周期，右手握手杖中部，由上经胸前往左旋转360度后，在经后背向左旋转360度。手杖旋转呈立圆（手杖旋转形成的轮状路线与地面垂直）。左手动作同右手，但方向相反。

      一只手旋转360度后，另一只手开始旋转；左右手连续交替做。
