Lin师兄和大师兄同一年入学NHH，他在我还没有来NHH前就已经到奥斯陆工作了，所以大家并不熟，只是有限地见过两次面，打了招呼。这次Lin师兄回来答辩，大家聊了聊，发现很谈得来，他和KIKI一样是一个非常有计划性的人，而且遇事不慌，沉着冷静，能按照自己的计划一步步执行，并取得很好的结果，现在Lin师兄在斯塔万格的Statoil工作，绝对是Ki的好榜样～～

去年大师兄的毕业答辩Ki因为要上课，没有亲临现场，这次有空，Ki当然就全程跟踪啦，现在大家就跟着KIKI的摄像头，看看NHH的博士是如何完成4年来最重要的那一刻 :)

PS: 这几天卑尔根突然降温，平均温度只有10度，把冬天还没有来得及收起来的唯一一件毛衣又穿上了，所以在气温回暖前，Ki的所有上镜照都是一个扮相:P

Step 1:  In the morning, Mr. Lin will give a 45-minute trial lecture to see whether he has the capability to organize an academic lecture within limited time. Normally, the topic of the trial lecture will be given by the valuation committee before 2 weeks. Mr. Lin's Topic is Energy Price Dynamics: empirical evidences from the future and option. KIKI is very interested in this area that combines finance and energy together, though at the moment I know little about what exactly it is =.=

Step 2: In the afternoon, it is time for public defense. The PhD candidate will have to briefly present his thesis and answer the committee members' questions. This is the most nervous and important part to every candidate. After strict challenge, Mr. Lin finally survived and succeed in becomingDr. Lin. Congratulations!!! ^.^

Step 3: Party time now~~ NHH will provide a nice afternoon tea with many delicious snacks in the Stupet. Do you remember? In KIKI's initial blog, I have mentioned that this hall is very special. Every PhD student will personally go to this hall twice in their PhD life at NHH. The first is the welcome party when we begin our PhD study. The second and last is the farewell party when we finish the study. My dream is one day I can invite my parents, grandparents and best friends from China to this nice place to celebrate Dr. Kong's farewell party :) Fight for dream!!!

Step 4: Dinner at Ma-ma-Thai. Like Dr. Wang, Dr. Lin also chose Ma-ma-Thai, a typical Thai restaurant, to serve the dinner. The boss here is very nice and so is the food.
