Today, Kanyang (I am not sure whether the spell is right. Sorry^.^), the nice Korean lady we met yesterday on Dr. Lin's dinner, invites Zheng and me to her house to learn how to make genuine Korean Kimchi. It is a quite fantastic experience, not only because KIKI is interested in cooking, but also because I can watch the whole procedure about making Kimchi by a native Korean.

Kanyang and her family live in a beautiful house located near NHH. Her cute elder daughter is as hospitable as her mother. We are welcome by a warm smile ^.^

Step 2: Put all the materials into the juice extractor and squeeze for 10 seconds. To make the sauce stickier and the flavor softer, you can choose to add some sticky rice as shown above.
