【材料】中粉400克 白糖48克 即发酵母8克 盐8克 黄油28克 水100克
【步骤】1、将面团材料全部混合,揉成面团,不粘手后加入黄油继续揉至扩展,然后放入冰箱冷藏30分钟;

2、将裹入黄油放入保鲜袋中,擀成正方形;

3、将面饼拿出来擀成正方形,然后将黄油放在中间,黄油可以提前冷藏一下;

3、将黄油包裹好,尽量不要裹入空气;

5、将面饼擀开成长方形,然后4折;

6、重复4折一次,如果有漏油现象就先放入冰箱冷藏20分钟再拿出来擀开成长条状,然后再4折,两次4折后就放入冰箱冷冻30分钟;

7、拿出冷冻好的面饼擀成0.4cm,然后用锋利的切刀切成7-12的等腰三角形,然后开始挨个整形,整形时不要用力,顺势来卷就行;

8、整形好的面包放入烤盘发酵40分钟,然后刷蛋液,温度190度,中层上小火,时间12分钟即可;
