SAP HR400培训Case Study 1:用于工资项折算的部分期间因子(PPF)的参数验证

要求: 通过实例测试工资用于生成折算用部分期间参数(Partial Period Parameter,PPF)各种操作数的实际含义和差异,PPF /801至/816 可以用于工资计算公式中,对基本工资和周期性津补贴项目进行折算,也用于员工小时工资和日工资的计算(X013)。

 

Calculation example:                                                   

Part-time work schedule XXX with 3 working days per week and 4 working hours per working day.   (3*4)                          

Full-time work schedule YYY with 5 working days per week and 8 working hours per working day.   (5*8)                             

    The employee works according to work schedule XXX from 01.02.2014 to 14.02.2014 , i.e. 6 working days each with 4 working hours, and from 15.02.2014 to 28.02.2014 the employee works work schedule YYY, i.e. 10 working days each with 8 working hours.                   

       WPBP split:        Begin date    End date       Work Schdule rule

             01                  01022014  to 14022014         XXX

             02                  15022014  to 28022014         YYY 

For 1ST  WPBP split:

      TKDIVI  28 calendar days

      TADIVI  3 * 4 working days =12

      TSDIVI   18 * 4    72 working works                             

   

     TKDIVP    30 calendar days(From T510H)

     TADIVP     22 working days(From T510H)

     TSDIVP     72 working works(From IT0008<--IT0007<</B>-- Work schedule rule XXX )                             

   

     TKSOLL = 14 calendar days

     TASOLL = 6 working days

     TSSOLL = 24 working hours

 

 

For 2ST  WPBP split

     TKDIVI  28 calendar days

     TADIVI  5 *4 = 20 working days

     TSDIVI  40* 4  160 working hours                             

    

     TKDIVP   30 calendar days (From T510H)

     TADIVP   22 working days(From T510H)

     TSDIVP    167.40 working works(From IT0008<--IT0007<-- Work schedule rule XXX和YYY的定义 )                              

   

     TKSOLL = 14 calendar days

     TASOLL = 10 working days

     TSSOLL =  80 working hours

 

But

     GKDIVI      calendar days  = (TKDIVI(01) + TKDIVI(02)) / 2

     GADIVI      working days = (TADIVI(01) + TADIVI(02)) / 2

     GSDIVI      working hourss  = (TSDIVI(01) + TSDIVI(02)) / 2                     

    

 

      GKSOLL =     calendar days

      GASOLL =     working days

      GSSOLL =     working hours

   

      GKDIVP      calendar days  

      GADIVP      working days    

      GSDIVP       working works (From IT0008<--IT0007<-- Work schedule rule YYY    (The last one)            

 

PPF参数的含义解释:

 

  

ADIVP

Constant in T510H和T511K: Monthly average working days

KDIVP

Constant in T510H: Monthly average calendar days

SDIVP

Average Monthly working hours in IT0008 ( from IT0007, and from IMG Work schedule rule definition

ADIVI

Planned  working days according to Personal working schedule

KDIVI

calendar days according to Personal working schedule

SDIVI

Planned  working hours according to Personal working schedule

ASOLL

Planned  working days according to Personal working schedule in a split, applying to whole period

KSOLL

Calendar days according to Personal working schedule in a split,applying to whole period

SSOLL

Planned  working hours according to Personal working schedule in a split,applying to whole period

  

Rule Z099 after function PARTT can be used to verify all the PPF parameter in payroll log in internal table VAR.
