若将一张大温哥华地区的地图平铺开，在这张地图的中心，会看到一个称为本拿比的城市，而在本拿比这个城市中，有一条称为威灵顿的街道。五十年前，116位德裔基督徒，从温哥华挪到当时尚属外围地段的本拿比威灵顿，决定在这里建立一个新教会。他们的母语是德文，却决定在聚会时讲英文，原因只有一个，为要接触社区，分享耶稣基督的福音。

两年半前，我跟M一起来到威灵顿教会，成为这里的会员，在这里被牧养，在这里参与服事，在这里结婚，在这里成长。我们的讲道牧师，还有给我们主持婚礼的辅导牧师，都是德裔后代，让我们敬佩并喜爱的，除了德国人那种特有的理论思辨深度以及对圣经的严谨态度，还有他们为人的热情真挚，对于信仰的敬虔执着，对于家庭的珍惜呵护，以及一份可爱的幽默感。再加上充满活力的肢体生活，美妙振奋的音乐敬拜，多种多样的丰富资源…… 对于上帝所带领到此的脚步，我们除了感恩，还是感恩。

我们的故事，融入教会大家庭的故事，融入祂的故事。

What God Has Done

50 years later Willingdon Church is still focused on this one goal.

So what better way to celebrate our 50th Anniversary than to share the life changing news of Jesus Christ with others – to come together for ONE service - as ONE family - in a place big enough to hold EVERYONE

The Pacific Coliseum.

As we continue the legacy of our founders – we want to reach out to the people around us and invite them to come and hear the good news of what God has done for them through Jesus Christ.

On June 12th we will be at the Pacific Coliseum – all our weekend services together for ONE service. Together as ONE family we will celebrate what God has done. How he has changed our lives and given us hope.
