古有《月亮河》、《红楼梦》、《水浒》。《长安思》、《梦》、《金陵城外亭上吟》、《酒家曲》。今有《致橡树》、《父亲的像》、《夜登阅江楼》、《白鹿源》、《四世同堂》、《儿行天里》、《悠悠此海不如日》、《最勇敢的病人》……一道道的散发着醇厚中国最美的风景似姹紫嫣红、千姿百态的丰神、一块块芬芳绚丽的园圃在中国人民的心中充满了阳光，向世界尽显中华民族最神圣、最美的风采，人间爱情、友情、亲情。让中国走向世界，让世界知晓中国。写中华之文章、扬中华之风采、颂中华之经典，彰显浓厚的中华文化底蕴，提升作家文学爱好者的创作水平和审美观。由中国文学家网和中国文学艺术家联盟,世界华人文学艺术家联盟主办,面向海内外公开发行的中国文学家采风第一刊,中国和海内外华人第一本大型采风文学丛刊《采风团》编辑部，并经中国网络电视台桃花江网络电视台向全球播以来，受到强烈反响之际，在2016年博采家之长、如蜂采花、采访天下、以文撷秀、采华夏百业之精华、铸四海中华之文章、为时代鼓与呼、为人民擎火炬，特约您对身边的美进行艺术思考和美的创作，进一步发掘中华文化浓厚风韵，以丰富的想象给读者以启发。在成功举办了全国“第一届至第五届‘中国采风杯’文学奖”征文评奖活动基础上,隆重独家推出全国“第九届‘中国采风杯’文学奖”征文评奖活动。

一、征文范围：短篇小说、中篇小说、长篇小说、诗歌、
游记、散文、报告文学、精典博客文、童话、儿童文学、纪实文学、电影电视剧文学剧本、长篇故事、记者文学、戏剧文学剧本、摄影小说作品、回忆录、科普文学、书法作品、网络小说、微电影剧本．题材不限．

　二、参赛事项：

作家写作实力资格认证报名时间：自即日起至2016年8月15日截止。

作家写作实力资格认证合格者方可投稿参赛

作品要求：所有参赛的作品要求导向正确、主题鲜明、陶冶情操、富有真情实感，突出地域特色，体现时代精神。作品必须为原创。请自行保存原稿，来稿不退。参赛者须先参加作家写作实力考核资格认证．作家写作实力资格认证合格者方可参赛，在征文活动中分别获得短篇小说、中篇小说、长篇小说、诗歌、
游记、散文、报告文学、精典博客文、童话、儿童文学、纪实文学、电影文学剧本、电视剧文学剧本、长篇故事、记者文学、戏剧文学剧本、摄影小说作品、回忆录、科普文学、书法作品、网络小说、微电影剧本一二三等奖者，奖金：一等奖：二万元，二等奖：一万五千元，三等奖：八千元，纪念奖：五百元．报销参会领奖来回往来车费．颁奖会议期间包餐饮住宿，到南京游玩（费用会务组承担）获奖作品均在采风团杂志发表，稿酬：900元／千字．将<作家写作实力资格认证表>(见附表)发至电子邮件：k588hm@sina.com  报名信上请注明作家写作实力资格认证报名字样。

　三、奖项设置：

本次征文活动设短篇小说、中篇小说、长篇小说、诗歌、
游记、散文、报告文学、精典博客文、童话、儿童文学、纪实文学、电影文学剧本、电视剧文学剧本、长篇故事、记者文学、戏剧文学剧本、摄影小说作品、回忆录、科普文学、书法作品、网络小说、微电影剧本一等奖、二等奖、三等奖所有获奖作品均颁发奖杯和证书。

征文结束后，优秀作品在《采风团》丛刊和中国文学家网上发表，颁发稿费。

本次大赛将组织有关领导、专家、学者组成评选委员会，本着公开、公平、公正的原则进行。
