做法如下:

饼底做法:奥利奥或者消化饼
饼干弄成粉状,加入融化的黄油拌匀,铺在模具底部并用勺子压实,放进冰箱待用。

冻饼材料:芝士250g,淡奶油200g,百利甜酒70ml,可可粉10g,细砂糖60g,吉利丁1.5片(泡软后,隔水融化)
