最近多家扒房相繼開業,扒迷有口福了。當中銅鑼灣的意式扒房Manzo,引入加拿大天然放牧安格斯牛,肉質鬆軟而味濃,牛隻吃有機草長大,不含激素,美味之餘,也吃得安心。

  輕醃燒香 味道濃郁

   餐廳裝潢雅致,採用磚牆和木家具,開放式廚房設計成意大利市集的模樣,更吊有一隻隻風乾火腿、辣肉腸等,充滿異國風情。店內設有一個Dry Age櫃,可以看到牛肉熟成的情況。Manzo跟中環蘇豪的高級扒房Bisteccaa及尖沙嘴BLT屬同一集團,均主打上等靚扒。

   餐牌內的牛扒大約分為三種,重頭是來自加拿大的Heritage Angus,吃有機草長大的純種安格斯牛,由當地農場直接入口,運動量大而脂肪不多,味道特濃,最適宜以意大利方法烹調,以香草輕醃後烤香,燒時加入法國 的Maldon海鹽調味,非常滋味。必試的還有Tomahawk,Tomahawk即印弟安人「戰斧」的意思,這是牛肋連嬟骨的位置,形狀似斧頭,肉汁豐 盈,一份有三十二安士,足夠三至四人品嘗。此外,扒房也有美國USDA及澳洲Oakleigh Ranch和牛供應,USDA Top Sirlon只售$178,澳洲和牛柳不用五百元,價錢豐儉由人。所有牛肉運抵餐廳都會Dry Aged最少一個月,令牛肉的味道更加濃郁。餐廳亦有意粉、沙律、前菜、甜品等供應,意粉及醬汁由人手每日製作,主菜有鱸魚、羊架、烤雞等,沙律則以小木 盤上桌,賣相同樣精緻。
