美食博覽攻略 $1智選限量貨

  一年一度的美食博覽,明天(8月11日)再次登場,今年有八百家參展商參加,供應食品達數千種,當中最吸引是只售$1的限量鮑魚及燕窩特飲。自問識食的香港人,請作好準備,入場試食之餘,記得掃平貨啦!

  搶購激安價貨品

   每年的美食博覽,$1貨品最受歡迎。今次同樣有不少攤位推出$1優惠,位元堂的燕窩特飲及即食花菇燴海參、華潤堂龜苓膏、肥兒標泰式醬油、恆興行及安記 的鮑魚、韓國餃子及果醋等,均以激安價$1發售,由於大部分一元食品都是限量發售,建議大家早點入場掃貨。另外,值得留意的抵買貨,有優質堂的優惠套 裝,$294即買到2千克九州特大油甘魚、野生甜蝦及野生赤蝦各一盒,比原價便宜一半!安記海味今年首推罐裝盆菜,只售$468,內有八隻鮑魚及其他配 料,足夠八人品嘗。美食博覽首四天的晚上七至十時,3G展廳開放為「晚市覑數特區」,貨品將以半價發售,愈夜愈抵買。

  新款食品率先看


   除了抵食貨品,還有很多全新及罕見的產品,現在讓大家率先看看。其中有營食品公司首度引入翻熱即食的台灣牛肉麵,不下味精,以澳洲牛坑腩和刀削麵造成, 香濃味美。麵食公司喜悅的攤位可找到造成心形的蝦子麵,平時只供訂造,現在場內可散裝發售。此外,還有首度來港的特甜北海道富良野哈密瓜和黑松露蜜糖等。 今年大會特設「尊貴美食區」,包羅世界各地的高級美食,西班牙黑毛豬、即開生蠔、鮑參翅肚等都可找到,恆興行今年推出珍藏的六隻大紅魚魚標,每斤售價達三 十八萬元,全場最矜貴!在指定時間,各大名廚將現身會場,Jacky Yu、徐蒝、東來順陳國強師傅、人稱大師姐的姚麥麗敏女士等,即席下廚示範,同時也有金茶王大賽等,氣氛熱鬧。
