西班牙酒给人印象深刻在于两点，一是葡萄品种Tempranillo天帕尼罗，天帕尼罗的皮厚，酿出的葡萄酒颜色比较深，酒精含量很高。典型的香气有蓝莓、桑葚、樱桃、甘草、桂皮、巧克力等。二是西班牙对橡木桶的迷恋，桶的运用是判定酒的级别标准。

Wine produced in Spain impressed us by two features. First of all, the Tempranillo is a unique kind of grape. The grape's skin is thick. And the color is a bit dark after brewing and the alcohol is relatively high with typical smell of blueberry, mulberry, cherry, liquorices, cinnamon and chocolate. Second, the Spanish are ifatuated with casks. They define the level of wine by the level of casks.

Calatayud卡拉塔尤德产区于1990年建立，虽然建立较晚，该产区更注重品质，主要葡萄品种以歌海娜为主，歌海娜占据了3/4葡萄园种植面积，甚至有很多50年以上的老藤歌海娜。

Calatayud was eastablished in 1990. Setted up a bit late though, this area lay em.phasis on quality .Grenache is the main grape. It takes possession of  3/4 of this pruducing area, some of which are from Vieille Vigne over 50 years old.

Riberal del Duero is one of the famous origin area of Tempranillo. The wine it produces is not as rigid as traditional Tempranillo, with more fruit flavor and various feature, combining the traditional and new.

Traditional Spanish wine usually give people a sense of rigidness. This time, let us experience the other characteristics of Spanish wine with the refreshing feeling . More aspects will be revealed through its liveliness, fruit taste or just instinct.
