There be 句型的教学
一、导入法:
1、猜谜语:“watermelon”
2.准备一张图片,图片上有一只冰箱,里面有一只香蕉、一个苹果,四个梨,两个西瓜,牛奶、奶酪、果汁。
Ss:I can see a banana.
T:How many?
Ss:One.
T:Yes,there is a banana.
....
以此类推,教师给学生灌输此句型,让学生意识到教师在用there be句型描述,为以下学习做铺垫。
3.学习过去式的导入方法:
T:Compare the two pictures,what can you see?
Ss:In picture1,your hair was short, in picture2,your hair is long...
Ss:Many years ago,there was a small tree, now there is a big tree.
由图片的对比引出过去式。

二、游戏、活动
1.The more,the better 越多越好
让学生用There be 句型造句,造的越多越好,给出一些地点如:in the playground,in the classroom,in the schoolbag,under the tree,in the park,etc.
2、Guessing
在游戏的过程中,要求学生用Is there a...in your bag?的问句形式,猜猜别人书包里放的是什么东西。这样的句型操练,就自然过度到there be句型的疑问形式。同时学生的猜测对象也不仅限于2人或小组之间,可以是以全班为单位的。学生通过一遍遍的反复机械提问,能够较熟练地掌握there be句型的疑问形式。
3、Quick response 快速反应
此活动的目的是要求学生掌握There be 句型结构的否定形式及现在时和过去式的句型结构。老师或一名学生说出there be句型的肯定形式,另一名学生快速反应出其否定形式。或老师说出there be句型的现在时态,学生快速反应说出过去时态。在开展活动时,要求学生从其肯定形式自然过渡到否定形式,从现在时过渡到过去式,这样的安排不会太突兀,也符合学生学习新知识的连贯性和统一性。学生可以通过已知的be动词的否定形式和过去式,自然衍生和习得there be 句型结构的否定形式及过去式。同时这一活动也训练了学生的听力,要求他们在最短的时间内将听到的内容用否定形式及过去式输出。
4、师生共同编一个故事,后一个同学要随机,迅速用there be 句型续编上一位同学的故事,人人参与。由学生完成悬念故事。

排队造句
这个游戏可以用来练习陈述句和一般疑问句的变换。教师根据句子的长短准备若干卡片。如句子“There is a red pen.”
要准备6张卡片,其中
“there和“is”,要在正面大写“There”和“Is”,反面小写“there”和“is”,标点符号正面写句号“.”,反面写问号“?”。游戏开始,教师将这六张卡片发给六位学生,然后说一句话,如“这里有一枝红色的钢笔吗?”(或用英语说:“Is there a red pen?”),
这6位学生听到后应立即按句子次序排好队并将卡片高高举起。拿“is”的要将大写的一面朝外,拿“there”的要将小写的一面朝外,拿标点符号要将问号朝外。
这个游戏也可以在两个组之间竞赛,站队站得快和准的组获胜。
