    该系列通过让孩子触摸以感觉不同的质感，并学习相应的形容词，同时该系列还涉及到各物体的零件部分，比如car里就有windows啊door啊radiator啊，可以帮助两三岁的孩子扩展词汇量。另外该系列的通过“that's not”+ 原因的句式，让孩子们初步建立一种因果思维能力（这不是我的，为什么呢？因为...）以及细节辨别能力（通过细处发现原因）。
    该系列一共几十本，内容包括了交通工具（如car, plane, train等），动物（如puppy, bear, tiger等等），各种角色（如princess, pirate, fairy等等），以及其他（如Santa, snowman, robot, monster等）。该系列虽然数目惊人，不过细读起来，其实每本都大同小异，而里面涉及到的一些形容词也几乎就是相同的几个（如soft, silky,bumpy,rough等），因此我虽然觉得该系列不错，不过也只值得阅读其中几本就足以了，其中比较受欢迎的比如bear(or teddy), car, plane, tractor, kitten, monster,train等。
