在外面做业务的时候，壁挂锅炉、中央空调、装修、跟货员，因为工作比较忙，主要是买的盒饭，10几元，我不喜欢吃肉，也不喜欢米饭太硬，炒细面不希望放太多的酱油，所以比较麻烦。每次出去上班，和出去散步一样，都是必备凉开水、馒头、煮熟的鸡蛋，韭菜盒子、葱花饼尽量少带，或者不带，害怕弄脏了宣传彩页和记录客户需求的笔记本。电子厂流水线上班的时候，菜里没有油，不好吃。

  只要有时间，我就喜欢自己做饭，有些习惯是会变的，从小到大，我喜欢晚上吃葱花、挂面、荷包蛋，现在觉得还是只吃5个荷包蛋算了，晚上吃挂面容易消化不良。当然，运动量大的话，也是可以的，在睡觉前就消化光光。

  我喜欢的蔬菜还是挺多的，南瓜、豆腐、西葫芦、红薯、洋芋、莲花白、辣椒、茄子、葱、韭菜、莲菜等，白萝卜和红萝卜都不喜欢，但是喜欢用它们喂小白兔，小时候养过，在院子里挖的地窖，后来不见了。

  我不喜欢吃肉，除了家里的瘦肉丸子、糖醋里脊，在外面我都是习惯说自己不吃肉。自己做饭便宜又实惠，干净卫生，有时间就自己做吧，何乐不为。

  牛奶现在也喝不了了，奶粉和鲜牛奶都不行，喝了肚子不舒服，所以只好是多吃鸡蛋，蒸鸡蛋糕、荷包蛋和煮鸡蛋，炒鸡蛋做得少，尽量不做。门口的荞面饸饹4元一斤，只要有时间就出去买。豆腐也要多吃，买上3元，撒点盐就全部吃掉，一直如此，从未改变。

  多吃水果，少喝饮料，一定要牢记。
