I am actually going to put sugar in my latte because that's how I like it. Then we are going to pull are shot. We are actually going to do a double shot. Put it under both spouts. And while we are waiting for the shots to pull, I am just going to fill up the mug with ice. Then to make this latte extra rich and good, we are going to both put homogenize milk and some cream. Definitely not great for your figure, but it is incredibly good. I am going to put about 3/4 of the milk. Then I am going to take our shot and make sure that it is well blended, pour it in, stir it a little bit. It's really going to cool down now.
