这个糖藕是我的心头宝。囤啊囤啊的。

说起它还真是获得了各种好评。

 

做出来之后给麻麻带了便当去上班

回来跟我反应说办公室阿姨都说好好吃啊。

还有马上开我博客找做法的。结果没找到。

咳。咳。我懒我还爱囤照片这种事情我会告诉你们吗。

 

不过。迫于群众压力以及本着办公室阿姨必须讨好的原则。

还是早点整理出来吧。

 

红糖和糯米的功效不必多说了吧。

女同学们都懂的~

 

不过。这里用红糖倒不完全是因为考虑到营养层面

还有就是：苏式糖藕用红糖才够正

【糖糯米藕】

 

材料：莲藕2段，圆糯米

调味料：冰糖，红糖

 

 

  

藕洗净削皮，切去一端的顶部

（切下来的厚度大概在1厘米。可以像个盖子一样）

  

从切口处塞入糯米。每塞一把就用筷子捅一下。直到填满

（也不需要压得太瓷实。因为糯米煮熟会膨胀的）

 

  

把切下来的那一端盖回去。插上牙签固定

放入小锅中加水没过藕节

 

加入冰糖（用量如图）。为了上色好看

  

加入红糖（如果没记错我加了大概很满很满的3大勺）

煮开后转小火煮1个小时。放置过夜

  

 

第二天再看。上色明显比刚煮好的时候深了很多。再煮开将汤汁收浓

放凉后取出切片摆盘。淋入收浓的汤汁。即可
