对寻常百姓而言，就医或接受体检时难免被静脉采血，那么经静脉采血时除了疼痛，还会产生不适或并发症吗？回答是肯定！

　　首先是某些人可能出现采血困难，因为每个人的动、静脉大小与走行都不完全一样，即使是同一个左右两侧肢体的血管大小而不一致，故在采血过程中有时会较其它人困难／Veins and arteries vary in size from one patient to another and from one side of the body to the other. Obtaining a blood sample from some people may be more difficult than from others

　　其次是出血，这主要与采血后没有有效地按压采血点有关。当然，部分人也可能与自身的出凝血功能异常有关／Excessive bleeding

　　三是晕厥（俗称“晕血”）或头晕／Fainting or feeling lightheaded

　　四是皮下出血和／或皮下血肿形成／Hematoma (blood accumulating under the skin)

　　五是感染，甚至可能被感染乙肝、艾滋病等。因此，采血器具消毒和采血过程中的无菌操作技术非常重要／Infection (a slight risk any time the skin is broken)
