香茅姜茶 Lemongrass ginger tea

Changes from seasons means one could easily
catch cold. A cup of lemongrass ginger tea could help
to prevent sickness, in case of sickness, to ease
symptoms!
Ingredients:
2 Stalk of lemongrass(remove outer layer,sliced)
3-4 slices of ginger root
1 red tea bad
1 tsp honey/honey rock sugarOptional
3-4 cups water

1.把香茅和姜片清理干净,切片,加入3-4杯中火水煮10分钟。熄火后加入一个红茶包,加盖焖2-3分钟。
2. 过滤,加入蜂蜜/石峰糖,热饮暖胃,冷饮风味。

2根香茅 (去老皮,切片)
3-4 片老姜(切片)
1 包红茶包
1 tsp 蜂蜜/石峰糖
3-4 杯水

1. Clean, and slice ginger and lemongrass,
boil both of them with 3-4 cups of water for 10 minutes at medium
heat. Add a tea bag and steep for 2-3 minutes.
2. Discard ginger and lemongrass pieces, add honey/sugar if you like, you could serve it both warm and cold.
