Title: Developing the Logical Mind for Argumentative Writing

主题：培养辩论性写作的逻辑思维方式

Abstract: This workshop is aimed for those who are engaged with argumentative writing for tests like CET 4/6, TOEFL, and SAT or those who are interested in argumentative writing to develop their logic through the use of a well-organized paragraph and the well-structured writing pattern. During the workshop, some typical logical fallacies in argumentative writing will be presented and analyzed. Following this, the presenters will work with the audience to write a logical and convincing paragraph. More resources will be provided during the workshop. All the presentations and activities will be conducted in a cooperative atmosphere. You are welcome to sharpen your mind and polish your writing skills!

摘要：此次课程是为正在准备参加大学英语四六级， 托福，和SAT考试而进行英语辩论性写作训练的学生而设计的。另外，此次课程也有适合对辩论性写作感兴趣，并希望通过结构严密的段落和精心布局的写作模式来提高自己逻辑思维能力的人士。此次课程中，我们会列举一些辩论性写作中典型的逻辑错误并加以分析。之后，主讲人会和听众一起动手写出一段 逻辑清晰并且具有说服力的文字。更多资源会在现场提供给参加者。所有的讲座和活动都会在合作的气氛中进行。欢迎你和我们一起让自己思维更加犀利并完善你的英语写作技巧！
