金·麦克米伦（Kim McMillan）自2011年以来担任田纳西州（Tennessee）克拉克斯维尔（Clarksville）市长。她是在田纳西州人口超过10万的城市担任市长的第一位女性。麦克米伦毕业于田纳西州诺克斯维尔（Knoxville）市一所中学，因成绩优秀曾代表全体毕业生在毕业典礼上发表演说，从此开始在田纳西州崭露头角。麦克米伦以优异成绩毕业于田纳西大学（University of Tennessee），后在该校获得法学学位。她的养父母均为教师。她结婚20多年，丈夫是她克拉克斯维尔市本地人。

Kim McMillan has been the mayor of Clarksville, Tennessee, since 2011. She is the first female mayor of a Tennessee city with a population larger than 100,000. On her way to making Tennessee history, McMillan graduated as valedictorian of her Knoxville, Tennessee, secondary school. The adopted daughter of two teachers graduated from the University of Tennessee with honors and then earned a law degree from the school. She has been married for more than 20 years to a native of Clarksville, the city she now serves.
Before becoming mayor, McMillan served for 12 years in the Tennessee House of Representatives. There she became the first woman in Tennessee history to be elected majority leader of that legislative body. She was twice elected leader, in 2002 and 2004.
McMillan earned many awards for her leadership in the Tennessee House, including the prestigious Athena Award, which recognizes women who achieve professional excellence and help open up leadership opportunities for other women.
