The Do you have questions about how the U.S. presidential election works?  A U.S. Embassy official will explain the U.S. electoral system, from the beginning of primary season to election day.  As President Barack Obama and Governor Mitt Romney compete for the presidency this year, learn more about this important aspect of U.S. political culture, ask questions, and participate in a discussion of the U.S. system.  The session will be bilingual, in both Chinese and English. 

你有关于美国总统大选如何进行的问题吗？来自美国大使馆的官员将为你解释美国的选举制度，从初选季的开始直到选举日。随着今年巴拉克·欧巴马总统和米特·罗母尼州长竞选总统之位，来更多地了解美国政治文化这重要的一面，提出问题，参与关于美国制度的讨论吧。活动将以中英双语进行。

The second presidential debate of the 2012 election season will take place on Wednesday, October 17. Democratic candidate President Barack Obama and Republican candidate Governor Mitt Romney will make the case for their positions. Join us on October 17 from 8:45am to 11am at the Beijing American Center for a discussion about the debate, hosted by an Embassy official who will give an overview of the event and answer questions from the audience.

2012年选举季第二场总统竞选辩论将于10月17日，星期三进行。民主党候选人巴拉克·欧巴马总统和共和党候选人米特·罗母尼州长将为自己的立场辩护。北京美国中心邀请您前来参加有关这场辩论的讨论。时间是10月17日上午8:45至11:oo，届时将由大使馆官员介绍有关该活动的概况，并回答观众的提问。
