Abstract: Mistakes are necessary part of learning, but they are usually treated as marks of failure in traditional classrooms. Learn (1) What kinds of mistakes are more useful than others, (2) how to make your classroom one that honors useful mistakes, and (3) how teachers can build student trust and respect by acknowledging their own (occasional) fallibility. 
 摘要：犯错在学习中不可避免，但在传统的语言教室里犯错却常被视为一种失败。本讲座将探讨  (1) 什么样的错误是有益的；（2）如何使你的课堂鼓励有用的错误；（3）教师如何通过（偶尔）承认自己的的不足来赢得学生的信任和尊重。
