原料:
Ingredients:
36片 25x14厘米 酥皮
36 sheets 25cm x 14cm filo pastry
70克 黄油,融化
70g butter,
melted
2 汤匙 植物油
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
夹心:
filling:
100克 杏仁
100g almonds
100克 核桃仁
100g walnut
半茶匙 肉桂粉
half teaspoon ground cinnamon
50克 红糖
50g brown
sugar
20克 黄油,融化
20g butter,
softened
步骤:
1. 将烤箱预热至160度。
2. 制作夹心,将核桃仁、杏仁、肉桂粉、红糖和黄油放入食品加工机中至坚果被打碎。
3.
将融化的黄油和植物油混合在一起,在一个25x14厘米的烤盘中铺一张酥皮,在酥皮上刷上混合油,用同样的方法再铺上11层酥皮,每层间刷上混合油。
4.
将一半夹心洒在酥皮上,在夹心上再铺12层酥皮,每层间刷上混合油,均匀的撒上剩下的夹心,最后再铺上12层酥皮,每层间刷上混合油。然后将巴卡拉瓦切成菱形。放入烤箱烤1个小时。
5. 冷热享用都可以。
提示:酥皮很容易变干变脆,操作的时候要随时将放置一旁的酥皮用湿布盖住。

Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 160°C.
2. To make the filling, process the walnuts, almonds,
cinnamon, sugar and butter in a food processor until the nuts are
finely chopped.
3. Place a sheet of filo pastry in a 25cm x 14cm baking tray
and brush with the combined melted butter and oil. Top with 11 more
sheets of pastry, brushing each sheet with the butter and oil
mixture.
4. Divide the nut filling in two and spread half over the
pastry
layers. Top with 12 more sheets of pastry, brushing each
with the butter and oil mixture. Sprinkle evenly with
the
remaining filling and top with the remaining pastry, brushing
each sheet with the remaining butter and oil. Cut the baklava into
diamond shapes. Bake for 1 hour.
5. Serve warm or cold.
