【葱香煎土豆】
原料：迷你小土豆、盐、香葱

准备：
1、  土豆洗净，不需要去皮，装到盘子里，撒少许盐。
2、上锅蒸熟

3、  取出，用刀轻轻的压一下，压扁；葱白、葱绿分开切小段

做法：
1、  锅子加少许油，将土豆放入煎

2、  用筷子翻面，煎至两面有点微微的焦
3、  锅中再加入少许油
4、  放入葱白爆香，大火，晃几下锅子即可

5、  再加少许盐
6、  放葱花，继续晃几下锅子，即可。
