景颇八大名菜之鬼鸡系列：景颇族有杀鸡祭鬼的习俗，“鬼鸡”就是供祭献鬼后，景颇族人将煮熟的鸡撕碎，在野外以剁碎的姜、蒜、缅芫荽、柠檬叶等相关配料，配入盐、味精、酱油等调料制成。(图中为2012中国国际目脑纵歌节期间八大名菜中的鬼鸡系列，参赛的一共有21道菜）
