景颇八大名菜之焖菜系列：焖菜，顾名思义就是焖制而成，焖菜的做法可以说是五花八门，但景颇的焖菜却别具一格，因为景颇焖菜是以牛肉，小鱼，土鸡肉为原材料，加上一些佐料焖制而成，焖菜特别鲜嫩，值得品尝！（图中为2012中国国际目脑纵歌节期间八大名菜中的焖系列，参赛的一共有15道菜）
焖是将锅置于微火上加锅盖把菜焖熟的一种烹饪方法。操作过程与烧很相似，但小火加热的时间更长，火力也跟小，一般在半小时以上。
