A Package tour or A Self-guided tour?

When facing the difficult choice between a package tour or a self-guided tour. Some people prefer to go on a package tour. They hold the opinion that the guid will be responsible for arranging the schedule, transportation, accommodation, which make it possible for tourist to feast their eyes on the beautiful scenery and become familiar with local customs. And what’s more, it is much cheap and safer than a self-guided tour.

On the contrary, people who are favor of a self-guided tour argue that they will flexible arrange the schedule of the tour and may stay anywhere as long as they enjoy the beautiful scenary or snacks of different tastes without the limitation of time. In addition, a self-guided tour can test and improve people’s perseverance, independence and the ability to deal with difficulties. Last but not least, this mode of tour can promote the friendship among the friends or the relationship among the family members.

Therefore, it all depends on what kind of tour one may choose. If I have enough money and time, I will choose a self-guided tour for freedom and flexibility. However, if time is limited and my energy needs to be saved, perhaps I will consider a package tour.
