我校首次国际周活动将在5月12日到16日之间举行。国际周活动取得了巨大的成功，是包玉刚学校国际性的极好体现。每个班级以不同国家的风土人情为主题安排课程，有韩国，日本，英国，新西兰，南非。从厨艺到书法，从歌唱到相扑，活动丰富多彩。我们还设有一位签证官，为所有学生及老师颁发前往各个“国家”的不同签证。班级互访及表演展示活动给我们留下了深刻的印象。最后一天的国际日，更是能体验到不同国家的风土人情以增加对不同国家文化的理解，并逐步培养他们的容忍力和理解力。

    Our first International Week will be 12-16th May. We are organising a week of activities focused on different countries. The timetable will be reorganized to include the 'Internationalism topic'. The last day May 16th will be the day for you and your children to 'experience different countries' to promote their understanding of different cultures and customs. There will be opportunities for parents to visit and share in these activities, so keep some time free in your diary.

    International Week has been a resounding success and a very good example of internationalism at YK Pao School. I was very impressed by the work that each class did on their chosen country and the variety of activities held in class - from cooking to calligraphy, singing to sumo wrestling. Teachers and parents worked very hard to decorate rooms and prepare the presentations. I was very proud of what each "country" organised and their performances. Through experiences like these, all children gain insights into other countries and cultures and thus tolerance and understanding are fostered, and the students are one step closer to becoming global citizens.
