新校区位于静安寺和长宁区之间的武定西路，是历史风貌保护区的一部分，被上个世纪二三十年代的建筑包围，环境幽静，人文气息浓郁，富于历史感。新校区的建设也力图保持传统风格，但采用现代设施和格局，满足包校面向国际的现代教育需要。

    包校的新址为原省吾中学。为满足我校国际化教学和小学教学的需要，我们在充分利用原有资源的基础上，对校园建筑设施进行改建和重建，将省吾学校原来的容纳1500名学生的规模降低到600名，以充分保证教育质量，绿化面积和学生的活动空间。

    新校区设施齐全，包括展示大厅，室内体育馆，恒温游泳池，足球场，家政实验室，乐队排练室，设施一流的图书馆和科学实验室，礼堂。

    教室室内装修方面，采用无毒高品质环保材料，并要求厂家对课桌椅等家具和用具在送货前即进行通风透气散味处理，确保师生能在一个健康的环境中学习和工作。

    学校聘请了经验丰富的工程管理公司对新校区建设进行监督管理，同时，在新校区的策划和建设过程中，包校几位建筑行业内的热心家长主动参加新校建设小组，提供了不少宝贵的专业建议和帮助，负责此项目的包校创办人苏文骏先生由衷表示万分感谢。  

    Construction of our new campus is well under way and running to schedule.  According to the construction timetable, the structure will be finished by May, interior and exterior decoration by August, and we will be able to move in for classes in September. 

    The new campus is located on West Wuding Road in Changning District, near the border with Jing’an.  It is a beautiful historical preservation area, and is surrounded by buildings from the 1920s and 1930s.  Our new campus is designed to match the traditional style of its surroundings, while incorporating modern facilities to meet our goals of providing an international standard of education.

    Located on the site of the former Shengwu School, we are making every effort to use existing site resources.  Shengwu School accommodated 1500 students, while we will only enroll 600 on the same site.  This will give us the space to guarantee a high proportion of green area, room for student activities and first-rate teaching facilities.

    Specialist facilities will include an exhibition hall, gymnasium, swimming pool, football pitch, domestic science room, well-equipped library, science labs and auditorium.

The classrooms will be decorated with environmentally friendly materials, and we will ensure that all furniture and equipment has been aired thoroughly before students move in, to ensure a healthy environment for students.

    The project is being supervised by a very experienced Project Management company.  Also, in the planning and construction stages of our new campus, we are delighted to have enjoyed the help of YK Pao School parents who spontaneously offered their experience in construction-related fields to support our project team.  Their advice and time has been invaluable.  We would also like to thank Philip Sohmen, Co-founder of the School and project leader, for all his hard work.
