曾建秋，男，汉族，1975年10月出生，广东珠海人，湖南工业大学酒店管理专业毕业，现任北京万达文华酒店中餐总厨。1993年入酒店厨师行业至今，精通粤菜，滇菜，川湘,西式等菜系。担任过多间高星级酒店的主厨职位。对于厨房管理，商务及度假酒店，欧盟国家餐饮筹备开业和营运有丰富经验。

著有中式烹调师技师论文（论粤菜海鲜的创新）发表在中国商业出版社出版发行的中国《国家名厨》大典第二卷一书。A Chinese culinary technician's thesis (on the Innovation of Cantonese cuisine) is published in the second volume of China (national Chef), published by China Commercial Press.

珠海人力资源考试鉴定院中式烹调师专家库成员。（2018年10月参加珠海市政府首次（粤菜师傅培训基地）认定专家组成员对珠海粤菜师傅培训基地资格评审认定。

Member of expert database of Chinese cuisine of zhuhai human resources examination and appraisal institute.(in October 2018, participated in the first zhuhai municipal government (guangdong cuisine master training base) accreditation expert group member's qualification assessment and identification of zhuhai guangdong cuisine master training base.

I was honored to participate in the preparation of the opening, I am responsible for Soluxe 59 Kitchen operation and management, I completed the menu, material purchase, staff training and the hotel trial meal.
