曾建秋,男,汉族,1975年10月出生,广东珠海人,湖南工业大学酒店管理专业毕业,现任北京万达文华酒店中餐总厨。1993年入酒店厨师行业至今,精通粤菜,滇菜,川湘,西式等菜系。担任过多间高星级酒店的主厨职位。对于厨房管理,商务及度假酒店,欧盟国家餐饮筹备开业和营运有丰富经验。

珠海人力资源考试鉴定院中式烹调师专家库成员。(2018年10月参加珠海市政府首次(粤菜师傅培训基地)认定专家组成员对珠海粤菜师傅培训基地资格评审认定。
