While the pilot was circling the balloon, he saw three men in a basket under it, one of whom held a pair of binoculars. When it flew over the station, he took some photographs. Then it landed near an airfield. But the police didn't arrest anyone because it contained two members of Parliament and Commanding Officer. Afterwards the Commanding officer explained one half of the station didn't know what the other half was doing.（83 words）

The pilot was circling a balloon under which there was a basket containing three men one of whom was holding a pair of binoculars. Before landing on an airfield, it flew over a station and the man took some photographs. As two of the men were Members of Parliament and the other was the Commanding Officer, the police didn't arrest anyone. The mystery was explained when one half of the station was doing something, this wasn't known by the other half.（88 words）
