今天tony终于回归美食博客了！一个礼拜不见大家了啊！不是我失踪了，是为了兑现一个我对好男儿一个承诺：今年暑假带他去他神往已久的马尔代夫，不过也是我和Cutelady一直想去的。回来了，看到好多博友的纸条，近期抽空会一一答复大家的。近期也会推出N篇的马代之行的博文，当然少不了美食篇哦！

 

    豆腐是我们中国人平时吃的最多的美食之一。日常的家常菜中都离不开豆腐的影子。古代的中国人真的是非常智慧，发明了豆腐，更是开发出N种豆腐的在吃法。以前我们说，豆腐是很完美的健康食品，多吃豆腐很很多的好处，但是其实并不是任何一种食物是完美的，任何事物多吃对人身体不见得是好事。所以提醒很多爱吃豆腐的人士，豆腐好吃，不可过量啊。特别是痛风病人或者是肾功能不是很好的人要少吃或者不吃为好。

 

    今天Tony给大家推荐一款Tony自创的秘制豆腐。有些美食，我说怎么好没用，但只要你亲自去尝试一下觉得好那才是真的好！很多美食看似步骤简单，但里面可能含有关键的一个步骤或者是一种关键的调料决定了菜的成败或者是给菜添上画龙点睛之笔。今天这道菜看似平淡，但只有你夹起筷子，把豆腐放入嘴里，才能吃到惊喜啊！什么惊喜呢？先来做给大家看。

 

原料：北豆腐

调料：生抽  老抽  白糖  葱   韩式辣椒酱 

 

做法:

1.用刀在豆腐正反两面横竖均匀划几下，深度在一厘米左右；

2.锅中放入油，把豆腐煎到两面金黄；

3.加入适量的老抽上色；

4.加入生抽增味；

5.加入水几乎要没过豆腐；

6.大火煮开改小火，加入半勺白糖，中火煮到水快要收干；

7.最后撒上葱花，在豆腐上面涂上韩式辣椒酱即可。

3个秘诀：

1.北豆腐有时煎一下才会香，因为后面会加水煮，所以豆腐的热量不会因此升高，注意煎豆腐时最好表面没有水，解决的办法很简单，我一般买来后把豆腐放在盘子里直接放入冰箱冷藏，过一会拿出豆腐表面就干燥了，如果你没有时间，可以在表面撒点生粉后再煎也是不错的选择，同时，煎豆腐的时候温度要适当高点，温度低容易沾锅，这和煎鱼一样的；

2.在豆腐表面划刀可以让豆腐更加入味，今天加了老抽来上色，生抽来调节味道，同时白糖可以提升这道豆腐的味道，让豆腐更加鲜美，所以今天的汤水其实全被吸到豆腐里面去了；

3.最后的韩式辣椒酱绝对是画龙点睛之笔，给豆腐增添了更香辣的味道，但又不是很辣，而且我不是把辣椒酱和汤汁一起煮，是直接涂在上面，这种吃法你绝对没有尝试过吧！
