PASSAGE PLAN

航 行 计 划

 

 

(本航行计划根据STCW公约和Bridge Procedures Guide的相关要求由二副编制。在实施计划前必须得到船长的批准。如果目的港不明确,航次计划至少应可以使用72小时。)

(This Passage Plan has been compiled in accordance with IMO STCW Code and ICS Bridge Procedures Guide.

The Plan shall be prepared by the 2nd mate, and approved by the Master prior to the commencement of the intended voyage.

If the port of destination is unknown, the plan should cover a minimum of 72 sailing hours of intended passage.)

航行计划应分别按进、出港和航线的不同特点分成若干航段,每航段内容应包括安全航速、最大允许偏离航线值、定位方法和定位间隔、潮汐和富裕水深、潮流情况、相关航段气象情况、平行避险线和其他避险方法的应用、相关海图和出版物、相关航行规则、相关报告点、显著定位物标、危险物标、禁区、应开启回声测深仪的船位、交叉和交通密集区域、(距危险物的)安全距离、放弃进港计划的最后位置、驾驶台值班人员安排和各种应急反应措施等信息。

Passage Plan should be divided into Port of departure/Port of arrival and several different legs according to individual characteristic. Each leg should include safety speed, maximum allowable off track, primary \secondary position fixing method and fixing interval, tide and UKC, surface current, weather condition ,parallel indexing and other hazards avoiding method, charts and publications, navigational rules, reporting system, conspicuous target, navigation hazards, no-go areas, position where the echo sounder should be activated, crossing and high density traffic areas, safe distance off, abort position, back up conning requirement and all contingency plans.

18 口  Navigational warnings on NAVTEX as wel1 as long range NAVAREA warnings checked.

19 口  Weather reports and fax charts taken.

PLANNING计划

01 口  Largest scale charts being used. Charts corrected upto NTM No.    35     .

使用最大比例尺海图,海图改正到航海通告第    35      期。

02 口  Courses drawn on charts, and double checked for accuracy, old courses erased.

航向线已划在海图上,并复查无误,所有旧的航向线已擦掉。

03 口  Courses marked on charts in 360 dgr. Notation, and checked again.

航向线以360度全方位法标示,并反复核对。

04 口  Waypoint co-ordinates marked.

航路点的坐标已标示。

05 口  Waypoints entered into all electronic navigation equipments.

航路点己输入所有相关的电航仪器。

06 口  Distance to go marked at each waypoint.

自每个航路点所需航行的距离已注明。

07 口  Hazards, no-go and dangerous areas marked on charts.

危险物、不可航和危险区域已标示在海图上。

08 口  Cross track error margins indicated, as applicable, on charts.

合适的横越航道偏离界限已标示在海图上。

09 口  Bearing and distance from landmarks marked.

转向点自陆标的方位和距离已标示。

10 口  Radar conspicuous objects, coastline radar objects, indicated on charts.

雷达显著目标、海岸线雷达物标都已标示在海图上。

11 口  Raising/dipping distances for lights indicated on charts.

灯塔初显/初隐距离已标示在海图上。

12 口  Danger clearing bearings and distances indicated on charts.

方位及距离避险线已标示在海图上。

13 口  Paral1el indexing distances indicated on charts.

平行线避险距离已标示在海图上。

14 口  Safe speed for each stage of passage decided.

航路各阶段上的安全航速已经确定。

15 口  Areas where restricted visibility may be expected, and additional lookout may be required,  indicated on charts.

航路中那些可能视线受限制而需增派了头的区域已标示在海图上。

 

16 口  Areas where traffic may be heavy indicated.

航路中那些通航密集的区域已说明。

17 口  Minimum underkee1 clearance for each stage decided.

航路各航段的船底最小富余水深已经确定。

18 口  Position where the echo sounder should be activated indicated on charts.

应开启回声测深仪的船位已标示在海图上。

19 口 Contingency planning against emergencies to be made and included in the plan, with recommended actions decided and included(e.g. abort position, emergency anchorage, etc.)

意外事故的应急计划已经制定,并包括在航次计划中,同时包括紧急情况下所采取的行动(例如:放弃点, 应急锚地等。)

20 口  Position fixing frequency decided for the various stages of the passage, and detailed in the plan。

航路各阶段的定位频率已决定,并详细写入航次计划中。

(2)       It is master's responsibility to ensure that a proper Passage Plan has been made and that all officers have read it.

Appraisal    要点评估

1.         There will be sufficient navigational marks(i.e: lighthouse/buoys and lights)during coasting to be used for position fixing.

沿岸航行中将有足够的航行目标(例如:灯塔/浮筒和灯标)供定位使用。

2.         Must keep clear of all shallow patches\ wrecks and other obstacles en route. The minimum safe distance off shore and shallow patches should be more than 2 nautical miles. The minimum safe distance off dangerous obstacles should be more than 1 nautical mile.

计划航线必须避开和远离航路上存在的浅滩、浅点、沉船及其他碍航物。确定适当的离岸距离,但在任何情况下,最小离岸和离浅水区距离不得小于2海里。确定避离危险物的安全距离,但在任何情况下,离礁石、沉船或其他碍航危险物的安全距离不得小于1海里。

 

 

3.         Refer to NAVTEX and NAVAREA for navigational warnings, WEATHER FAX and weather report throughout the passage.

全部航次过程中必须收看和参考无线电航行警告、气象传真和天气预报。

4.         Fixed vesse1 position on charts regular1y at an interval of not more than 30 minutes which should be shorten as necessary during coasting and not more than an hour while in open seas. Always keep vessel on the charted track and allow for current setting and wind leeway as required.

沿岸航行定位一般应每隔半小时至少1次,根据需要还应缩短定位间隔时间,开敞的海上航行定位间隙不超过1小时。按要求调整风/流压差,保持船位在海图上的计划航线上。

5.         After every major course alteration ascertain compass error where possible.

每次较大幅度的转向后,要尽一切可能测求所驶航向上的罗经差。

6.         Numerous fishing traffic,  including the unlit ones may be met while en route, hence vigilant look out to be maintained at all times.

航路上可能会有大量的渔船,包括不点灯的渔船,航行中必须时刻保持警惕和谨慎的了望。

7.         Echo sounder to be switched on whenever OOW deemed necessary.

值班驾驶员认为必要,无论何时都应开启回声测深仪。

8.         An under keel clearance to be maintained according to “The ship under keel clearance policy of the Company”.

9.         To navigate through traffic separation scheme with vigilant and proper seamanship like.

10.     Use radar for fixing position and parallel indexing where possible.
